1 Course and Service Purchases

7 Teacher-Provided Services
Where a course or service is provided by an independent Teacher, the applicable refund terms may also depend on the specific conditions communicated for that course or service. Teachers are expected to cooperate with legitimate refund investigations.

StudyVerse may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated policy will become effective when published on the platform.
Refund decisions will be made based on the applicable purchase terms, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
